Drawer Box Notching
To ready Drawer Boxes for drawer slides and installation, WalzCraft offers a Notch & Hook Pigsty Combination & various DBN Serial Notching options. 
The NHH1 Notch & Hook Hole Combination is available with all Dovetail Drawer Box side wall thicknesses, 1/2″, 5/8″, & three/four″. This combination design is practical to the dorsum side of the drawer box and will adjust drawer slides requiring notching upward to 2″ wide. This pattern is our most common notching choice and is compatible with many undermount drawer glide systems including Blum, Hettich, Grass, and Mepla. Salice undermount drawer glides can also be purchased direct from WalzCraft, also intended to be used in conjunction with the NHH1 notching option.
The DBN Drawer Box Notching Series allows for other notching patterns. The DBN100 & DBN200 patterns offer a double notch pattern using hot melt adhesive while the DBN300 & DBN400 have a single notch blueprint likewise using hot melt agglutinative. The hot melt adhesive strengthens the box and is a feature included in the price of the Drawer Box. Alternatively, the DBN500 pattern allows you to insert your own custom drawer box lesser fabric as no hot melt adhesive is applied when using this removable lesser console application.
